Every year, employees are regularly organized to go to the Jianfeng Training City in Yuyao, Ningbo for closed training. The learning projects include special training courses for team leaders, warehouse training, PMC dojo and so on. Self-improvement by accepting the latest manufacturing concepts and communicating with employees of external companies. The teachers of Jianfeng Enterprise Management will also regularly give feedback to the company on the performance of employees in the learning process, so that the company can understand the learning status and progress of employees.

(2) Internal training

Zhejiang Jingrui regularly conducts vocational skills training. After the training, employees are strictly required to take standardized vocational skills examinations, including industry operation certificates, forklift operation certificates, etc., so as to be truly certified. While mastering basic skills, enhance awareness of safety and quality protection, and cultivate a sense of mission in the manufacturing industry. At the same time, leaders of external governments and educational institutions will be invited to the company to hold symposiums on a regular basis to improve the overall quality of employees.
